Return Policy

Please call to  request  an  RA# (Return Authorization Number).  Items must be returned in original packing within 10 days of receiving them.  NO RETURNS on special priced or sale items.  You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.  There is no refund on the shipping to you and there is a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the money refunded to you.  If the item is not packed good and is damaged when you return it you will not receive a credit.

SHIPPING POLICY AND COST

We ship by UPS or the Post Office.  Please see our shipping chart for the cost to ship.    Orders are shipped within 5-7 days from when you place the order.  Don't forget you need to add shipping time on top of that which can be up to 6 days depending where you live.   If we are unable to ship in the 5 - 7 day  time, we will email you with a ship date.  Shipping outside the United States will be charged what the shipping company charges when shipped.
